By purchasing one or more itineraries with Puglia Italy Tours, the Operator, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:

Responsibility Clause – Given the small cost of the Do It Yourself Itineraries, once paid and downloaded, the purchase and cost(s) are Non-Refundable. 

If you, the Client or Participant, choose to make booking, reservations, tours, activities, services, sightseeing, and experiences with and  from any of the suggested and recommended contacts in our Do It Yourself Itineraries please note that we are not responsible for any issues, cancellations, or changes that may arise. All arrangements and agreements made directly between you and the service provider, are subject to the terms and conditions of those independent suppliersand any concerns should be addressed with them.

Puglia Italy Tours, the Operator, its respective employees, agents, and representatives accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident that may result from the act, error, omission, defect, default or negligence of any company or person performing these services. Puglia Italy Tours, the Operator, accepts no responsibility and in no event will the Operator be liable or responsible for loss, injury, damages, or expenses to the person or property of a the Client or Participant, including, without limitation, any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages. The limitation of liability of the Operator shall be regardless of cause or reason for any asserted loss of Cliet/Participant, including for loss to Client/Participant due to illness, weather, strikes, local laws, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, or other such causes.

By making a purchase and therefore downloading any of the Do It Yourself Itineraries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and Conditions.

Travel Insurance

Puglia Italy Tours DIY Itineraries do not include insurance coverage. Puglia Italy Tours all-but-requires you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect your trip investment. A comprehensive insurance policy includes full medical expenses, evacuation coverage, loss or damage to luggage, personal accident, loss or damage to property, trip cancellation or postponement, personal liability, legal expenses, and emergency expenses. It should also include coverage for pre-existing health conditions.
